This advanced platform will offer real-time visibility into the location of your orders, streamlined invoicing processes, and a more intuitive interface for placing and tracking shipments.

We believe these improvements will significantly reduce administrative burdens, increase transparency, and allow us to address any issues quickly, ensuring that your goods are delivered on time and in excellent condition.

Implementation of the new Optima system is slated to be completed by March, when we will officially go live. Throughout the transition, which we expect to take a minimum of 3 months to cross-board all our customers, our dedicated support team will work diligently to ensure minimal disruptions to your daily operations. We plan to gradually migrate each customer to Optima, allowing ample time for training and feedback so that everyone feels confident in using the new features. We will keep you informed with regular updates, providing guidance on logging in, navigating the dashboard, and fully utilising its capabilities.
